South African Grammy award-winning pop star Tyla has been nominated at this years Soul Train Awards.
The A*Pop hitmaker scored a nomination in the R&B/Soul Song of The Year category for her smash hit “Chanel”. This marks as Tyla’s second Soul Train nomination, following her first nomination for Best New Artist in 2023.
For the first time ever in the awards history, fans will get to vote for the winner of the R&B/Soul song of the year category. A voting portal will be live on the official BET website from 16 October 2026.
This years Soul Train Awards will be hosted on 27 November. Tyla may or may not attend since she will be on her A*Pop World Tour which kicks off mid October.
