South African Grammy award-winning artist Tyla and her team have removed Lagos from her upcoming A*POP World Tour.
This comes after Nigerians started boycotting Tyla’s tour stop that was scheduled for 22 December in Lagos. Nigeria appears to be boycotting the South African as a result of South African’s standing up against illegal foreigners living in South Africa, with most committing atrocious crimes.
Nonetheless, this is a goof move for Tyla brand and her safety at this time. Tyla recently released her sophomore album A*POP and announced shortly afterwards that she is embarking on her first ever world tour starting this October.
The tour will see her make stops in the UK, US, Germany, France, Belgium and South Africa.
