Limpopo-born model and BCom Investment Management graduate Ndavi Nokeri has been crowned Miss South Africa 2022. The 23 year old from Gavaza village in Tzaneen was a crowd favourite who carried herself with so much grace and elegance throughout the finale hosted at the SunBet Area in Pretoria last night.
As the new Miss SA, Ndavi says she will focus on education and equality during her year long reign.
“I look forward to working with the Miss South Africa organisation to make that a reality. I want to go to schools and bridge the gap. Seeing the education that we receive in the advanced schools versus in the rural area, it’s a huge gap, and we need to take it seriously and focus on it.”
Ndavi took home prizes and sponsorships valued at more than R3 million, while her runner up Ayanda Thabethe was awarded R150 000 cash prize.
