The 2024 Gauteng Sports Awards are set to take place this Sunday 24th November at the University of Johannesburg. On the 31st of October, the MEC for Education, Sports, Arts, Culture and Recreation, Matome Chiloane announced the Nominees for this year’s Gauteng Sports Awards.
This year, each nominee will receive a cash prize of R15 000, meanwhile the category winners will each take home R25 000. The winner of the “Sports Personality of the Year” category will also take home a brand new car, and tech gifts sponsored by HONOR.
