Argentinian football legend Diego Maradona has passed away. The 60 year old football star suffered a heart attack just three weeks after he was discharged from hospital following brain surgery to remove blood clot from the brain.
Maradona had a history of health issues including heart attacks that were linked to his alcohol and drug abuse.
His lawyer confirmed that he passed away in his home on the morning of Wednesday 25 November after paramedics failed to revive him.
