Welcoming a new Ferrari, but it is not your ordinary mid-engine V8 supercar. This is an all new V12 Ferrari called the Purosangue.
Let’s take a look at this new Ferrari. Now this is no Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV), Ferrari calls it the Ferrari Utility Vehicle (FUV). Taking the standard 4 seat GTC4 Lusso, adding two more doors, more practicality, and more power from a revised 6.5 litre naturally aspirated V12. It has 725 horsepower and an eight-speed dual clutch automatic.

One cool fact about that engine is it is sourced from a detuned Ferrari 812. Furthermore, it sits way below in the chassis and behind the front axle. Which adds a level of rigidity and amazing driving dynamics. So, this should be as agile as the GTC4 Lusso.

The body work on the Purosangue could be a work of art. There are no fake vents anywhere. It is so aerodynamic more so than the Urus Performante, Audi RSQ8 Performance, Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, and the Aston Martin DBX 707. It has cooling ducks spread all across the front channelling air into the engine, through the wheel cooling the brakes and out the rear diffuser. The lights are tweaked from the other supercar models the front end looks like the SF90 and the rear a 296, two of their newest hybrid supercars.

The doors themselves are not normal doors, their suicide doors. And this is no five-seater. It is a strict four-seaterlike the GTC4 Lusso. This is a Ferrari of course, you can configure different colours, accents, textured materials, and a personalised specification to your very liking. An increase of 23 litres in boot space will come in handy when you go skiing, which this can fit.

This could be the family friendly Ferrari that brings all the emotion that’s lost modern cars. And of course, with the added practicality of a four-door car. This magnificent Ferrari will take on the super SUV segment.
