Bafana Bafana showed total dominance against Sierra Leone in the afternoon in a friendly that played at the FNB Stadium, Johannesburg.
Themba Zwane made his comeback into the squad be felt when he scored a brace in the 33rd and 66th minute of the match.
Debutant Mihlali Mayambela also got his first goal in the national senior team colours in the 49th minutes of the game.
The away team attempted to score a goal but the home team was too strong for them. Instead Aubrey Modiba added the final nail to the coffin by extending Bafana’s lead to 4-0 in the 72nd minute of the match.
Bafana Bafana head coach, Hugo Broos was able to make changes and introduce goalkeeper Melusi Buthelezi after captain Ronwen Williams asked to be substituted so that Buthelezi could also get his chance.
Bafana Bafana is up against Botswana on 27 September at the FNB Stadium, kickoff is at 3:30.
We will get to see whether or not the team is back to winning ways.
