American music icon Usher Raymond is set to receive this year’s BET Awards Lifetime Achievement Award.
Following a career spanning 30 years, BET is giving Usher his flowers while he’s still alive.
Usher has literally given us hit after hit, setting the bar extremely high since his debut album as a teen. The multi Grammy winners longevity in the music business is admirable and something that should be celebrated.
From hit albums, “My Way”, “8701”, “Confessions” and many more, there’s not a single R&B music lover who can skip through an Usher album.
And if you don’t know what time it was when Usher was cruising in the drop top, it’s too late for you to catch up!!!
The BET Awards are set to take place in Los Angeles on June 30 and we’re looking forward to seeing who’s going to perform Usher’s tribute.
