Grammy award-winning R&B artist Leon Bridges is headed to South Africa this November.
The soulful artist announced on his social media platforms that South Africa will be part of his tour. He will be performing in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Fans can expect to enjoy his live performances at Marks Park, Emmarentia in Johannesburg on 28 November. Cape Town will have their turn on Monday, 30 November at Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden.
This will be the first time the Texas born artist performs in South Africa and according to reports this is a country he has been looking forward to visiting.
Bridges will be supported by artists Msaki, Wandile Mbameni & BCUC, 54 Ultra and Surprise Chef.
Fans can look forward to Bridges performing new music from his upcoming third studio album “Happiness anytime” schedule for release this month. The 12-track album is set to be a mixture of R&B and Jazz.
